What to tell us
The more specific you are, the more useful the assessment. You don't need to know the solution — that's our job. You need to know where the pain is.
- →The task itself. What actually happens today, step by step, and who does it. “Two people spend most of Monday re-keying supplier invoices into MYOB” tells us far more than “we need automation”.
- →The volume. How often, and how much. Ten documents a week and ten thousand a week are completely different problems with completely different answers.
- →What you've already tried. Tools you bought and abandoned, a build that stalled, a contractor who disappeared. This saves us both from recommending something you already know doesn't work.
- →What good looks like. Hours returned, errors cut, revenue unblocked, or a deadline you have to hit. If we can't name the number the work is judged on, we'll say so rather than guess.

Is this really free?
Yes, and there's no catch attached to it. We'd rather spend an hour working out whether we're the right fit than start a project that shouldn't have begun. The assessment is yours either way — keep it, share it internally, or take it to another agency.
What if the answer isn't AI?
Then we say so. A lot of what gets described as an AI problem is really a process problem, a missing integration, or a reporting gap — all cheaper and faster to fix. We'll point you at the actual issue even when it means there's no project in it for us.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The assessment comes back in writing. If it raises questions worth talking through we'll offer a 30-minute call, but plenty of people read it, decide, and never speak to us — that's a fine outcome.
Will you sign an NDA before I share details?
Yes. Every engagement runs under an NDA from day one, and we're happy to sign yours before you send anything sensitive. We're experienced with the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR, and we can work within on-premise or private-cloud constraints where your data can't leave your infrastructure.
How quickly will I hear back?
