Is an ongoing support retainer required after a build?
No, it is completely optional. We deliver full documentation and source code so your team can maintain the build independently if preferred.
What's actually included in a retainer?
Monitoring and incident response, a monthly performance and evals review, and an agreed allocation for feature work from a backlog you prioritise. You see where the hours went each month.
Can we change or cancel the retainer?
Yes — monthly, no lock-in. A retainer should continue because it's earning its keep, not because of a contract. If a month is quiet we'll tell you rather than invent work to fill it.
